Orders will be processed and shipped within 24hrs (excluding weekends & holidays) upon receipt.  

Please note all online orders regardless of the carrier you select do not deliver on weekends.

All orders placed before 2pm EST (excluding weekends & holidays and national holidays) will go out same day. (see excpetions below

**Currently Canada Post is on a rotational strike in different areas througout.  Normally the Flat Rate option is sent via Canada Post however moving forward until the strike is over if you choose the Flat Rate option we will ship your order via GLS to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible!  The only temporary change to the Flat Rate option until the Canada Post strike is over will be a minimum of a 35 Doillar order before taxes to qualify.**

Exceptions:

Certain carrier options such as ICS Next Day, GLS Ground, UPS Standard and Purolator Ground are next day pickup from our location.  (excluding weekends & holidays and national holidays). Example: The order was placed on a Friday using GLS Ground means the order will be picked up and shipped the following bussiness day, in this case the following Monday. (excluding weekends & holidays and national holidays)

The 5 Dollar Flat rate shipping option is for domestic Canada orders only and are shipped via Canada Post.  All other shipping options are automatically calucalted via the carrier and presented to you in the shipping options section.

You as the consumer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarette devices, accessories and E-Liquids.  We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received, however Wicks & Wires Vape Shoppe Inc. is not liable for any seizures of your package. 

Because the cost of shipping is based on weight of goods and destination, shipping fees can be calculated before checking out by entering destination province and postal code/zip code near the bottom of the cart page (you must have at least one item in your cart).

Wicks & Wires Vape Shoppe has a policy which disallows us from shipping online credit card orders to addresses other than the billing address or PO Box addresses. This is a fraud prevention measure, since this industry suffers some of the highest rates of online credit card fraud.

If the scenario of a different billing address and shipping address applies to your order you will be contacted via email with further instructions and information which will be required.

Proof of age (19 or older) will be required on all shipments.

It is Wicks & Wires Vape Shoppe's responsibility to package and ship all items that are purchased, however, we do not have control over the package once it has shipped. Wicks & Wires Vape Shoppe is not responsible for lost, damaged, partially missing, delayed, or undelivered shipments. However, we will do our best to contact the carrier to resolve your case on your behalf.
